Sexually Assaulted Child Ordered to Support his Child
An unidentified 16-year-old boy was ordered by courts to pay $50 a month in child support to the mother of his child, despite the fact that the circumstances leading up to the baby’s birth were allegedly illegal.
Jane Crane, of Lancaster, Ohio, was accused of molesting the boy while staying at the child’s home near Columbus last year.
Crane has been charged with unlawful sexual conduct for having physical relations with the underage boy; however, she gave birth to the child’s daughter last April, and now courts are telling the boy to pay child support.
The boy’s outraged parents are claiming that their son was a victim and should not pay.
