  • Caffey may end up paying for 10 children

According to The Chicago Tribune, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Margaret Mahoney dismissed Jason Caffey’s bankruptcy case on October 28.  The former Chicago Bulls NBA player could potentially be sued by the eight mothers of his ten children for child support payments.

Caffey’s bankruptcy filing had blocked the mothers from suing his for child support as well as blocked an child support arrest warrant in Georgia.
