The Q-Phone from Advanced Intelligence Spy Shop is a possible development that could bring more hurt than pain. According to Inventor Spot, the phone looks like your typical cell phone; however, it includes software that allows you to listen to conversations – either held on it or around it.

The articles reads, “Let’s say you suspect your spouse of having an affair.  Instead of accusing he/she (sic) of the extracurricular activities, you go out and purchase the Q-Phone and give it to him/her as a gift.”

This invention brings up many questions that many people have debated. It’s the ultimate questions of being guilty of spying on your significant other versus being in the dark about what he or she is actually doing. No word on if conversations overheard on this type of device could be used as evidence in a divorce case.
