Suing for Stolen Wife
Bob Rohrman, president and owner of Rohrman Auto Group in Chicago, is suing Dr. Sami Bittar for stealing the romantic interest of his estranged wife. He is seeking more than $50,000 in the lawsuit.
“It is with much regret that I was forced to exert my legal rights against the doctor, but his pursuit of my wife and alienation of her affection for me was more than I would tolerate,” stated Rohrman in a news release from his attorney.
According to Rohrman, Bittar, a plastic surgeon, “solicited and initiated a romantic and sexual relationship” with Rohrman’s estranged wife, Ronda.
The couple met Bittar in early 2008 when a family member was getting plastic surgery. Starting in April 2008, Rohrman contends that Bittar was seducing his wife with expensive dates and gifts. Bittar had “sexual relations with Ronda on multiple occasions and in multiple locations.”
On June 23, 2008, Bob filed for divorce from Ronda in Tippecanoe County, Ind. Ronda filed for divorce on April 29, 2009 in DuPage County. The couple were married Dec. 28, 2002 in Hawaii, the lawsuit states.

Bob Rooooormaan. Really. Why not just accept it? People move on. Things change. Why waste everyones time? I will not be buying my next car at any of the BH dealers.

Why should he just accept it? Maybe if more people would take legal action to demand compensation for the damage and pain they suffer it would make people like that Doctor think twice.

Given that I’m in Bob’s position I partially agree with both, things do change, the worst of it is when children are involved which breaks families and so adultery has went to far. I’m not sure sueing this guy is the answer but there needs to be boundaries put in place again, legally or with pistols at twenty paces. In my case he poached my wife then dumped her, now my son has to live his life in two different worlds, and if anyone tells you forgive and forget, well, you never forget, and you fake forgiving for the kids, which ultimately fails.
