Butler Murray reportedly accused Bill Murray of drug addiction, abandonment, adultery, and physical abuse, according to court filings in early May. The filings have subsequently been sealed by a court order. Bill Murray was arrested for DUI last year while driving a golf cart on a golf course. Jennifer Butler Murray is reportedly seeking a restraining order barring Murray from her home and is requesting the court to determine whether a pre-nuptial agreement she signed is valid.
If Heather Mills can do it, so can actor Dylan McDermott. McDermott, who filed for divorce from Shiva Rose, his wife of 11 years, will be representing himself in court during his divorce hearings. McDermott filed for divorce in a Los Angeles Superior Court in mid-May, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple has two children together, both minors.

The Contra Costa Times and the National Enquirer have reported that Hulk Hogan may have had an affair with his 19-year old daughter Brooke's best friend, causing an end to his 24-year marriage to his wife Linda. Christiane Plante claimed in the National Enquirer that she has been dating Hogan and that wrestler and reality star's marriage was already splitsville when they got together. The rumor mill is skeptical. Brooke Hogan reportedly posted a message on Perez Hilton's website that said,"When your best friend and one of your closest family members... betray you together, you could maybe find it in yourself to forgive one day... but you will never forget the hurt they caused you." Neither Hogan nor wife Linda have commented on the rumors.
Actress Pam Anderson has filed a petition in a Los Angeles Superior Court to nullify her two-month marriage to Rick Salomon. Anderson lists the reason for her petition as "voidable marriage based on fraud." Anderson filed for divorce (twice) in December of last year, shortly after marrying Salomon in Las Vegas. Anderson was previously married to rock stars Kid Rock and Tommy Lee. Salomon was previously married to actresses Shannen Doherty and Elizabeth Daily.
The British tabloid The Sun has reported that actor Ryan Phillipe confessed to W magazine that his divorce from actress Reese Witherspoon left him severely depressed, with the actor at one point contemplating suicide. Phillipe has since moved on, he said. "It's a process that's not easy, but I get less and less sad about it every day." The couple divorced in 2007 after nearly eight years of marriage. Actress Lindsay Lohan told In Touch magazine that she craved attention from her parents during their much-publicized divorce. Lohan has had multiple legal run-ins and has been in rehab twice during the time that her parents, Dina and Michael Lohan, were getting a divorce. "I think the trouble in my family resulted in me rebelling and doing things to try to get my parents' attention," Lindsay told the magazine. The estranged couple that was frequently called a strange couple has settled child custody issues, according to the Associated Press. Attorneys for actors Anne Heche and Coleman Laffoon said they were satisfied with Los Angeles Superior Court judge's decision on custody of their son, Homer. The hearing was closed and the judge's decision was not revealed to the media. Laffoon filed for divorce in February after six years of marriage to Heche, and the couple fought openly in the media, making wild accusations about each other until a judge ordered them to stop. Laffoon is currently seeking more than $30k per month in spousal support from Heche.
Actor Charlie Sheen has released a statement saying that he surrendered his personal computers to the FBI after estranged ex-wife Denise Richards filed a motion in court accusing Sheen of "an attraction to underage women" and listed Internet porn sites that Sheen reportedly visited when the couple was married. "The FBI was aware of these issues," Sheen said, "I provided them with every computer I owned. The computers were returned two weeks later. Haven't heard from them since. Period. The end." Reportedly, Dina and Michael Lohan have resolved their child custody disputes in court, thereby ending the couple's legal wrangling. Lindsay's parents finalized their divorce on August 17th and returned to court on September 6th to put the custody and child support issues to rest. At Lindsay's request, Dina also asked the court to lift the restraining order against Micheal Lohan so that he could have visitation with the couple's children, including their daughter, Lindsay Lohan, who is in rehab.

Actor David Hasselhoff won't have to pay $189,000 in legal bills on behalf of his ex-wife Pamela Bach. A Los Angeles judge has denied a petition from Bach's former attorney Debra Opri that Hasselhoff pay his ex-wife's bills in the couple's custody battle over their two teenage daughters. Bach had fired Opri after she lost custody to Hasselhoff. Opri maintained that a prior agreement with Bach allowed her to file for payment of the legal bills by Hasselhoff. However, Judge Mark A. Juhas ruled that there was no evidence proving the assertion, and furthermore, there was no evidence that Bach had consented to Opri filing for the motion. Opri has sued other famous clients for unpaid legal fees; most notably, photographer Larry Birkhead, the father of the late Anna Nicole Smith's daughter. Birkhead has denied that he owes Opri any money.
At least they broke up before they got divorced! Hunky "Bachelor" star and Navy Lt. Andy Baldwin has reportedly broken off his engagement to socialite and reported billionaire heiress Tessa Horst. Baldwin reportedly told In Touch magazine that "When the fantasy wore off and reality set in, we both realized we weren't ready to be engaged." Horst has reportedly decided to not leave her California home and move to Hawaii to be near Baldwin, as had been originally planned. Although nearly every season of the "Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" television reality show has resulted in an engagement, only one marriage has resulted: Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter, who wed on television, recently had a baby.

The Lohan divorce was settled after the couple and their divorce attorneys "worked through the night" to agree on undisclosed terms. The couple has four children together. Lindsay Lohan, the ex-couple's most infamous child, is rumored to be in rehab for a third time.
Actor Lou Diamond Phillips and wife Kelly have finalized their divorce, according to papers filed in a Los Angeles Superior Court. The couple married in 1994 and separated in 2005. The couple will share custody of their three children, and the actor will pay a lump sum of more than $200,000 plus a monthly sum of more than $12,000 per month in child support and spousal support. Phillips will also share a percentage of any future increases in his annual salary of $600,000.

The Chicago Tribune has reported that actress Evan Rachel Wood, the woman whom Manson's estranged wife Dita Von Teese has blamed in divorce papers for the demise of Von Teese's marriage to Manson, has spoken out to GQ magazine about her relationship with Manson, 38. Wood, 19, appears in Manson's new music video "Heart Shaped Glasses" and said that the couple made the video for each other to "show that it's okay to have different, weird ideas about romance. At the end of the video, we're kissing and it's raining blood. For me, that was one of the most romantic moments of my entire life." The divorce between Manson and Von Teese is not yet final.

Supermodel Jodie Kidd has responded in a London courtroom to husband Aidan Butler's petition to divorce her after 18 months of marriage. In a divorce hearing that lasted only slightly more than a minute, Kidd's attorney filed papers claiming that Butler's petition citing "unreasonable behavior" was false. Additionally, the voicemail was not sealed under a court order." Baldwin has apologized publicly for the voicemail, claiming he had been "driven to the edge by parental alienation." Baldwin and Basinger divorced very bitterly in 2002 and have been fighting over custody of their daughter ever since.
Both Heather Mills and Rosie O'Donnell have spoken publicly in support of Alec Baldwin's angry outburst against his daughter Ireland. A Los Angeles County Superior Court commissioner temporarily suspended Baldwin's visitation rights after hearing the tape. Baldwin then publicly apologized, saying he had been "driven to the edge" by "parental alienation" and was sorry that he had lost his temper with his daughter. A hearing is set for May 4 to determine whether Baldwin's visitation rights can be reinstated.

A Honolulu, HI judge has issued a warrant for the arrest of "The Young and the Restless" soap opera star Brenda Dickson, for Dickson's defiance of a divorce court's order that she vacate her $1 million Los Angeles condominium. Dickson was incarcerated last month for her refusal and was released after promising to leave. Dickson's attorney, Cheryl Brawley, said Dickson had "a change of heart" and hadn't outright lied when she said she would leave. Dickson is divorcing Hawaiian attorney Jan Weinberg. The Hawaiian warrant can not be enforced in California, according to Brawley. Hawaiian Judge Darryl Choy, who issued the arrest warrant, also gave Weinberg power to sell the condominium without Dickson's cooperation.
