Jennifer Butler Murray, wife of actor and comedian Bill Murray, has filed for divorce after ten years of marriage in a Charleston County courthouse. Butler Murray reportedly accused Bill Murray of drug addiction, abandonment, adultery, and physical abuse, according to court filings in early May. The filings have subsequently been sealed by a court order. Murray was arrested for DUI last year while driving a golf cart on a golf course. Jennifer Butler Murray is reportedly seeking a restraining order barring Murray from her home and is requesting the court to determine whether a pre-nuptial agreement she signed is valid.
Dylan McDermott Represents Himself in Divorce Court
If Heather Mills can do it, so can actor Dylan McDermott. McDermott, who filed for divorce from Shiva Rose, his wife of 11 years, will be representing himself in court during his divorce hearings. McDermott filed for divorce in a Los Angeles Superior Court in mid-May, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple has two children together, both minors.

Actress Lindsay Lohan told In Touch magazine that she craved attention from her parents during their much-publicized divorce. The estranged couple that was frequently called a strange couple has settled child custody issues, according to the Associated Press. Attorneys for actors Anne Heche and Coleman Laffoon said they were satisfied with Los Angeles Superior Court judge's decision on custody of their son, Homer. The hearing was closed and the judge's decision was not revealed to the media. Laffoon filed for divorce in February after six years of marriage to Heche, and the couple fought openly in the media, making wild accusations about each other until a judge ordered them to stop. Laffoon is currently seeking more than $30k per month in spousal support from Heche.
Actor Charlie Sheen and Ex Denise Richards Still Battling It Out
Actor Charlie Sheen has released a statement saying that he surrendered his personal computers to the FBI after estranged ex-wife Denise Richards filed a motion in court accusing Sheen of "an attraction to underage women" and listed Internet porn sites that Sheen reportedly visited when the couple was married. Lohans Through With Battling in Court, For Now
Reportedly, Dina and Michael Lohan have resolved their child custody disputes in court, thereby ending the couple's legal wrangling. Lindsay's parents finalized their divorce on August 17th and returned to court on September 6th to put the custody and child support issues to rest. At Lindsay's request, Dina also asked the court to lift the restraining order against Micheal Lohan so that he could have visitation with the couple's children, including their daughter, Lindsay Lohan, who is in rehab.
Shanna Moakler and Travis Barker, Back Together?
No one is ever quite sure what to make of this on-and-off-again couple. Actor David Hasselhoff won't have to pay $189,000 in legal bills on behalf of his ex-wife Pamela Bach. A Los Angeles judge has denied a petition from Bach's former attorney Debra Opri that Hasselhoff pay his ex-wife's bills in the couple's custody battle over their two teenage daughters. Bach had fired Opri after she lost custody to Hasselhoff. Opri maintained that a prior agreement with Bach allowed her to file for payment of the legal bills by Hasselhoff. However, Judge Mark A. The couple was married for more than three years and reportedly had no prenuptial agreement in place.
Liza Minnelli's Divorce Must Proceed, Appellate Court Rules
Liza Minnelli's attorneys yesterday lost an appeal to freeze Minnelli's divorce proceedings against estranged husband David Gest. Minnelli's lawyers wanted the divorce hearings delayed until after her lawsuit against Gest is decided. Gest had sued Minnelli for $10 million, claiming Minnelli had assaulted him, and the case was dismissed in September, however Minnelli countersued over money she says Gest owes her. The court has ruled that the divorce will proceed despite the countersuit.
Kate Hudson and Rocker Husband Robinson Split
Chris Robinson, singer of the rock band Black Crowes has filed for divorce from actress Kate Hudson, citing irreconcilable differences. They had announced their separation in August. According to a Superior Court filing in Los Angeles, Robinson is seeking shared custody of their son, Ryder Russell Robinson, who will turn 3 in January.
Actor Jude Law Claims Divorce Left Him Broke
Actor Jude Law has confessed to a French magazine that he "lost everything" in his 2003 divorce from actress and designer Sadie Frost. In the divorce settlement, Frost won the couple's £2 million London home plus a reputed £4 million payment and £15,000 a month, according to The Sun newspaper in London. The couple has three children together ranging in age from three to nine.
